Katie Anna is a British esthetician who has called Costa Rica home for over eight years, and is the founder and heart of Skin & Soul Holistics.
Her work is rooted in the belief that true skin health cannot be separated from nervous system regulation, rest, and intention. Each facial is created as a bespoke skin ritual, thoughtfully designed to engage all the senses in a gentle, flowing experience that deeply relaxes the body while restoring vitality to the skin.
With a truly holistic approach, Katie’s treatments are more than skin deep. They are an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect - leaving you feeling deeply nourished, grounded, and supported from the inside out.
She works with luxurious, plant-based skincare, carefully selected and blended for each individual skin type, and enhances every treatment with a range of holistic tools including gua sha, glass facial cupping, LED light therapy, sound healing, and crystal balancing. These elements work in harmony to elevate each session into something far more meaningful than a traditional facial.
At the heart of Katie’s practice is facial massage - a modality she considers essential. Through intuitive, sculpting, and restorative techniques, facial massage has the unique ability to lift and tone the face while simultaneously offering a deeply healing, regulating touch. This is where the magic happens.
