Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit Policy: A deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied toward the cost of your treatment. Appointments may be rescheduled with more than 72 hours notice, subject to availability. While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, alternative appointment times cannot be guaranteed. For cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be retained. This policy reflects the time, preparation, and care dedicated to each treatment and helps us ensure availability for all clients. Thank you for your understanding
